Research Abstract

我々の開発した新手法を適用しTiO_2フォトニック結晶光電極の作製を行い、周期構造と壁厚を制御することが可能となった。CdSe量子ドットの吸着時間と光電変換特性との関係について検討を行った。その結果、光電変換特性が最大値を示す最適時間が判明した。ここで光電変換効率の計測には、試料面積と光照射面積との検討、さらに対極の検討(材質と構造)を行い、再現生良く3%を超える値を得ることが可能となった。過渡応答特性評価から、最適な電子と正孔の緩和時間で光電変換効率が向上することを見出した。
