Research Abstract

アミノ酸, ペプチドは生命の維持機能をつかさどる重要な分子である. その機能を探る研究は生命科学研究における重要な課題である. 本研究では, 近年注目を集めている機能性酸性分子, スクアリン酸を組み込んだアミノ酸誘導体を世界で初めてペプチドへ導入することに成功した. これによって, 従来にない機能をそなえたペプチド類の合成が可能になるとともに, その基本的諸性質を初めて明らかにできた
