Research Abstract

スンナ派正統4法学派の一つであるハナフィー派が、東イスラーム世界で勢力を拡張し、またとくに中央アジアにおいて学説を展開させ、同地への適応を図った過程を、学祖アブー・ハニーファの美徳伝編纂と具体的な規定の変更を通じて示すことができた。すなわち、第1に、アブー・ハニーファを賞賛する伝承は、各時代において優勢だった価値観に対応して形成された。第2に、同派の基本書の編纂の態様を具体的に示すことができた。
