Research Abstract

本研究は、長期の継続を前提とする既契約保険約款の内容を変更する必要がある場合の根拠について、判決による場合、法改正による場合、公的医療制度の改正による場合とに分けて検証し、変更が必要な既契約保険約款を適切な時期に、わかりやすく変更するためには、日本においてもドイツと同様の法制度が、設計されるべきことを明らかにした。
