| Research Abstract |
As this year was the last year of our research project, we publish the research report book which is now printing It includes the report of the electronic notary public system the report of German law of professional liability for the notary public, the report on the American notary public system and the professional liability, the report on the Japanese judicial cases on the notarial deed testaments, the report on the judicial authentication in the civil law suits, and the report on the conflict preventive function of the notarized documentation We extended the study field to the Canadian law of notary public. In British Columbia the notary public holds the high status in the society compared to that in the other states. However, controversy on the administering field is still going on between notaries public and attorneys at law.
