Research Abstract

本研究は、チームにおける有効なリーダーシップの成立に、そのメンバー間での情報共有のあり方がどのように関わっているかを、実験室実験によって調べ、2つの事実を発見した。第1に、チームの努力の総和がチームの成果に結びつく生産性についてメンバーがそれぞれ独立の期待を持つとき、リーダーシップ現象が生じる。第2に、そのリーダーシップ現象は、自分の努力がチーム成果を通じて自分が報われることへの期待を通じて起こるのであって、メンバー全員が高い努力をすることに特別な価値を見いだすことによって起こる可能性は小さい。
