| Research Abstract |
平成9, 14年の全国物価統計調査, 商業統計調査の個票データを特別集計し, 商業構造と物価の関係, 空間的な価格のばらつきの要因分析を行った。統計分析の結果から, 物理的に同質な製品であっても店舗間・地域間で価格差があること, 価格分布は多峰型であること, 小売店舗における価格分散の要因の一部は業態・立地環境・従業員数などの店舗属性によって説明されることなどを明らかにした。さらに, これらの結果が経済理論モデルと整合的であることを示した。
