Research Abstract

本研究ではフィリピン・ソフトウエア産業の成長のために、国内中小企業のIT化の促進によるソフトウエアの国内需要の掘り起こし、その結果による中小企業の競争力強化という相乗効果による経済発展の可能性を追求した。しかし、現実にはIT化による中小企業の発展という方向よりも、サイバー・コリドールの全国展開による波及効果によって消費関連の様々な中小企業の発展の可能性が生じている。この消費関連の中小企業向け需要の創出と中小企業の成長が、EコマースのようなIT需要、経営効率化のためのIT化へと繋がっていく可能性が生まれている。
