| Research Abstract |
ドイツ工作機械工業が被った戦災やデモンタージュ(工場解体)について、ドイツ人研究者のように被害面だけを強調するのは一面的で、長期的にはプラスの影響を及ぼしたことを実証的に解明することができた。さらに、復興を支えたのは、ドイツの職業教育の伝統に基づく、層の厚い人的資源(企業家・技師・熟練工)の蓄積であったこと、ただし、これが次の時代のNC工作機械の導入に際しては足かせになったことが研究を通じて浮かび上がってきた。
