| Research Abstract |
本研究は中国ビジネスの諸問題について, 中国での現地調査を通じて多角的に検討したものである。現地調査にあたっては, 中南財経政法大学(湖北省武漢市), 南開大学(天津市), 義守大学(高雄市)の3大学から協力を得て, データ収集を行った。その結果, 中国における提携戦略, 人的資源管理, マーケティングそれぞれの展開について, 一定の課題と知見を明らかすることができた。
