Research Abstract

旧ソ連諸国は、連邦解体後、それぞれに社会主義計画経済から市場経済への移行を遂げてきており、企業もそれに応じて民営化され、市場経済化の企業としての行動様式を獲得しつつある。しかし、15の旧ソ連諸国の企業の状況は一様でない。本研究ではロシア、カザフスタン、リトアニアの3国を取り上げ、それらの国々の企業システムの特徴を明らかにした。
