Research Abstract

顧客個人情報の管理、活用状況について平成18,19年度の2回にわたってアンケート調査を実施した。その結果、各企業において顧客志向の事業展開は積極的に推進しつつあるが、まだその成果は大きくないこと、大企業と中堅企業の間には大きな差があることが定性的に判明した。また重回帰分析を中心に、中堅企業における顧客個人情報の活用効果を分析した結果、個人情報の管理・活用の仕組み、内部統制-の投資と活用効果(投資効果)の関係が計数的に把握できた。このことは、顧客個人情報活用-の投資に対する経営者の意思決定に有効な判断材料を与えるものである。
