| Research Abstract |
公共サービスを提供する事業体として成長してきた国内のNPOに関して、近年、欧米の「社会的企業」をモデルとする公的資金からの「自立」論が強まっている。それに対して本研究では、イギリス・ロンドンの地域コミュニティにおけるボランタリー団体の変容に関する実態調査を行い、「社会的企業」化の焦点は、むしろボランタリー団体が公的資金を効率的に用い、標準化されたサービスを保証する局面にあることを明らかにした。
