Research Abstract	本研究では労働組合による女性非正規労働者の組織化を考察することを目的とし、3つのレベルにおいて分析を行った。1)ナショナルセンターレベルで非正規労働者の組織化が進行していることを確認した。2)JMIU(全日本金属情報機器労働組合)をとりあげ、活動方針及び活動状況についての資料収集およびヒアリングを行い、JMIUが組織初の春闘から非正規労働者問題を射程に入れていたことなどを確認した。3)丸子警報器労働組合について、1973年の組合設立から最近に至るまでの定期大会資料を入手し、女性非正規職員、組合側双方から聞き取り調査を行った。丸子警報器労働組合はJMIUへの加入を機に女性非正規労働者を組織化していたことが明らかになった。
