Research Abstract

都市部の高齢者の社会的孤立と心理的孤独の特徴を、量的・質的調査により把握することを目的とした。量的調査は、都内一市部に居住する65歳以上の5000人に対して郵送法にて行い、孤立・孤独の存在割合と関連要因等を分析した。量的調査により把握した孤立・孤独高齢者に対して半構造化面接を行い、
(1)孤立・孤独に至った過程や理由、
(2)本人の現状評価と今後の意向、
(3)社会参加や対人交流の阻害要因、
(4)支援策についての本人の意見・要望等、に関する質的分析を行った。
