Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、若手研究者がキャリア形成する上で、どのような危機(つらい・つまずき)を経験するのか、その経験後、どのようにして飛躍(モチベーション回復)するのかを社会心理学的に明らかにすることであった。大学院生を含む若手研究者の危機的経験とその実態を浮き彫りにするとともに、これらの危機に直面した後の飛躍に有効な指導・サポート源とそのあり方に関する示唆を得た。
