| Research Abstract |
医療従事者(医師・看護師)と医療を受ける側の人々(患者・患者家族・患者予備軍を含む)に対して質問紙調査を実施した。分析の結果,看護師が患者とのコミュニケーションで重視している点,患者側と医療従事者との間において情報量に対する知覚が乖離していること,患者側は医師の行為の原因を推論し,それに基づいて医師としての資質を評価すること,医師は患者から信頼を得ることが快体験の中心となることが確認された。
