Research Abstract

まず、子どものキャリア意識の発達を捉えるために、小学生から高校生まで適用可能なキャリア意識尺度を開発した。次に、開発したキャリア意識尺度を使用して、小学生から大学生までのキャリア意識の発達を明らかにするとともに、キャリア意識が学校適応、アイデンティティ形成、保護者からのサポート受容感と正関連することを実証した。最後に、キャリア教育によるキャリア意識の向上が学校適応に一定の効果をもつことを明らかにした。
