Research Abstract

授業改善を支援する専門的な教育スーパーバイザーの養成は、ある教育スーパービジョンモデルを前提として、その教育スーパービジョンを遂行できる資質と能力を養成することを意味する。本研究では、ドイツで開発された教育スーパービジョンキールモデルの全体性・体系性・優秀性を示し、この教育スーパービジョンを遂行する専門的な教育スーパーバイザーの養成モデルを検討し、日本における専門的な教育スーパーバイザー養成のプログラム開発に貢献した。
