Research Abstract

1900年代後半(明治末期)以降,国民教育の徹底,なかでも学力の増進が国家的課題となる中で小学校生徒を対象に行われた学力調査(教育結果の把握)と個性調査(子どもの実態把握)について,その実施状況,目的,機能,理論的・実践的背景,2つの調査の関連および教育実践との関連などを検討し,学力到達度と関係なく進級・卒業させる制度のもとでの学力水準維持策の矛盾を考察した。
