| Research Abstract |
本研究は、他者性を配慮した、教師の倫理的判断力を養成する授業モデルを開発することを目的とし、(1) 倫理的判断力を養成するにあたり、ケースメソッドが有効であること、(2) 多面的な形成的評価法が用いられるべきこと、(3) ケースメソッドによって授業を行うことができる大学教員の養成プログラムが必要であることを明らかにしたうえで、ケースメソッドによる教職倫理授業のモデルを提出した。
