| Research Abstract |
近世諸藩における弓術師範の養成・登用において,業績主義的要素がいかに投影されたかを実態として明らかにすることが本研究の目的である。弘前藩ではまず藩外から高名な射手を登用し弓術師範となした段階,次にその移入師範の教導により弘前藩士による弓術師範の再生産が可能となった段階,そして全国規模の競射会である「通矢」参加によりそこでの成績が弓術師範任用基準として重視される段階へと進んでいった。水戸藩学弘道館では弓の腕前の試験である「見分」が実施され,業績主義的な教育の制度化が試みられている。
