Research Abstract

「中一ギャップ」現象の解決(ないし緩和)に向けて、「小中連携」の掛け声のもとで、小学校と中学校の双方の側でどのような取り組みがなされているのか、香川県における取り組みの現状と、これを推進する小学校と中学校の教員の「中一ギャップ」の捉え方の微妙な違いを明らかにした。さらに、小学校教員と中学校教員が、それぞれの「教育する環境」の違いをお互いに理解し合いながら「両にらみ」の小中連携教育を推進していくことに、どういう積極的な意味があるのかを明らかにした。
