| Research Abstract |
重度運動機能障害児者のコミュニケーション支援用教材開発と適用研究を行なった。脊髄性筋萎縮症児では、PC入力を容易にするスイッチや入力状況自動記録ソフトにより、Yes-No反応が的確であること分かった。知的障害のある脳性マヒ成人では、画像使用のコミュニケーションカードが周囲との交流を促した。視覚聴覚二重障害児では、無線式スイッチ導入により周囲の応答が促進され、自傷行為減少に繋がった。コミュニケーションを媒介するシステムの開発・導入の有効性が示唆された。
