Research Abstract

クォークの閉じ込めを実現する有望な機構として提唱された双対超伝導描像は, 従来, 可換射影と呼ばれる特別なゲージ固定を採用した場合にしか実現されていなかった。我々は, 可換射影を用いずに, ゲージ不変な磁気単極子を定義し, カラー対称性を保ったままゲージ不変な双対超伝導描像を導出することを可能にする理論的枠組みを与え, それに対応する格子ゲージ理論を構成し, 数値シミュレーションも実行することで, 双対超伝導描像を確立した。ヤン・ミルズ理論において, ゲージ不変なグルーオンの質量項を導入することも可能にした。
