Research Abstract

有機トランジスタの実用化に際して課題となる半導体電子状態の局所的な制御を、界面から機能性単分子膜を接触させる事で実現する方法の有効性を、第一原理計算と実験の両面から検討した。その結果、接触抵抗低減や閾値電圧の調整などに実用的に使用できる可能性がある事がわかった。
