Research Abstract

銅酸化物高温超伝導体の超伝導発現機構を明らかにする上で、擬ギャップとチェッカーボード型電荷秩序の関連性を明らかにすることは大変重要である。本研究では, 走査トンネル顕微鏡・分光(STM/STS)を主に用いて、両者の関係および性質について詳しく調べた。その結果、(1)擬ギャップ状態でのチェッカーボード型電荷秩序は超伝導状態での電荷秩序と同様な性質を持つこと、(2)(電荷秩序の形成や擬ギャップに関係する)アンチノード付近のエネルギーギャップが少量の不純物の添加により大きく抑制されることが明らかとなった。
