Research Abstract

本研究は、電子を主体とする量子凝縮相のナノ構造における物性の解明を目指して、(1)高温超伝導体に見られる超伝導2次元層の積層構造(2)NbSe3等のリング状微小結晶の電荷密度波秩序(3)グラフェン等炭素系化合物と超伝導体の接合系に関して、微視的理論に基づく研究を展開し、新奇現象に関する知見を得た。また、走査型SQUID顕微鏡の画像解析技術についても研究を行い、新規技術の開発に成功した。
