| Research Abstract |
塊状のタービダイトと火砕流堆積物に共通した堆積構造として, 脱流体構造や偽礫以外に, 下部には(1)重鉱物の濃集傾向, (2)(多重)逆級化構造,中部には(3)障害物洗掘痕が, 粒子配列には20度を超えるインブリケーションが認められた. 水槽実験結果から, 高領域流れに特有の構造であることが示された. したがって, 塊状重力流堆積物は, 剪断流れで粒子が掃流輸送され, 徐々に累積したことが考えられる
