Research Abstract |
薄膜を用いた短パルスコヒーレントX線源として高次高調波に注目し、その発生のための基礎プロセスに関する研究を行った。最初に、レーザーのプリパルスによって生成されるプリフォームドプラズマを計測し、その電子密度分布と自然放出光の増幅(ASE)成分との関連性を確認した。次に、高強度レーザーの照射条件を変えて4次までの高調波スペクトルの形状変化を測定し、薄膜からの高調波発生に必要なレーザー照射条件を調べた。
