Research Abstract

レセプターであるタンパク質と、それに対して低い親和性をもつ低分子化合物との相互作用解析を行うための検出方法の開発を行った。分析機器として核磁気共鳴法を用い、Water-LOGSY法をべースに、選択的に水シグナルを励起するパルス系列を開発し、親和性のあるリード化合物を選択的に検出することが可能になった。
