| Research Abstract |
研究成果の概要:低分子有機化合物の定性および定量分析法として質量分析法は最も高感度かつ特異性の高い方法の一つであるが,生体分子の多くに対しては電子イオン化法を適用できず,化合物の同定は非常に困難な作業となる.閾値エネルギー解離法に関する本研究の結果,汎用性が高く小型化可能なイオントラップ質量分析計を用いて,本法を生体分子を含む広範な低分子有機化合物の定性・同定法へと展開していくための基盤を構築できた.
