| Research Abstract |
銅イオンやフェロセンを内包したポリアクリル酸ゲルを用い、それらを電気化学的に酸化還元することにより伸張屈曲運動するソフトアクチュエータを開発した。またその動作特性を改善する指針を明らかにした。光触媒である酸化チタンと銅イオンや銀イオンを内包したポリアクリル酸ゲルを用い、紫外線照射により膨潤し、照射を止めることにより収縮する光応答型のアクチュエータを開発した。さらにポリアクリル酸ゲル膜を用いて、カチオンの濃度変化により自動的に開閉するバルブ型のアクチュエータを開発した
