Research Abstract

人間の味覚・嗅覚のように認識特性の異なる複数のセンサーをアレイ状に並べた蛍光センサーアレイを作成し、未知の分析対象分子がどのような分子骨格を有しているかを応答パターンから推定するシステムの構築を試みた。システム構築のために、多種多様な応答を示す多種類のレセプターが必要であるが、本研究では申請者らが最近開発した分子骨格を識別するレセプターおよび従来から研究を行ってきたレセプター群に多様性を持たせるような化学修飾を行うことにより作成した。
