Research Abstract

BPAのナノレセプターであるBPA-MIPを実際に電極表面に修飾し、このBPA-MIP修飾電極を用いてリン酸緩衝液中に5~15μMに調製したBPAのCV測定を行った。BPAの酸化ピーク電流は約580mV付近に観察され、BPA-MIPを修飾した電極でも濃度依存的な応答を検出することが出来た。ラット血清サンプル中での5μMのBPAのCV測定をBPA-MIP修飾電極で検討した。血清サンプルを除タンパクの操作を行う必要はあったが、血清サンプル中でもBPAの酸化ピーク電流を検出することが可能であった。
