Research Abstract

本研究では、まず金属基板上で電気化学堆積法による酸化亜鉛薄膜の成長条件を詳細に検討した。また電気伝導特性評価のため、極薄の酸化亜鉛上に成長させた。供給する電流をパルス化することで伝導特性が変化した。この原因として溶液中での再溶解による欠陥生成の抑制が考えられる。これらの結果を基に成長条件を検討し、(100)および(111)Si基板上に多結晶酸化亜鉛薄膜を得ることに成功した。
