Research Abstract

完全ギャップを持つ2次元ネットワーク型誘電体構造の探索を行った. 周期系ネットワークのフォトニックギャップ構造を調べた結果, 誘電壁が薄く, 接点円柱半径の大きい蜂の巣型構造が, 広いパラメータの範囲に渡って完全ギャップを持ち, ランダムな歪みに対し高い耐性を持つ事が判った. 非周期系ネットワークでギャップを有するものは見出せなかったが, 高誘電率の誘電体円柱を用いれば従来のUDPS構造でも完全ギャップが実現できる事が判った.
