Research Abstract

航空および発電用ガスタービン翼材の遮熱コーディングの熱暴露による劣化と繰り返し押し込み試験による界面損傷を調べ、界面剥離に対して熱生成酸化物(TGO)の役割がわかった。蛍光スペクトルの変化により、TGO中残留応力の分布と界面亀裂の関係を注目し、剥離した部分の高い残留応力ということがわかった。今後、継続研究により、損傷判定方法の普遍性や蛍光スペクトルの最小検出可能欠陥寸法や装置の汎用化などを調べたら、新しい非接触・非破壊評価手法の構築の可能性を提案した。
