Research Abstract

垂直磁気記録技術のなかで重要な構成要素となる単磁極ライトヘッドに焦点を絞り, 動的なマイクロマグネティクス磁化解析シミュレーションにより記録ヘッド内部の動的な磁化変化および記録磁界分布を解析し, 1平方インチあたり2テラビット以上の面記録密度を実現する単磁極ヘッドの提案を行った. なお, 解析を行う際,垂直磁気記録ヘッドおよび垂直2層媒体を考慮した系全体を扱うことを特徴としている.
