Research Abstract

筋音図と筋電図を計測することにより, ヒトが筋を収縮しているときの粘弾性の調節機構を調べた. 具体的には, 下肢の筋である前頸骨筋を支配している総腓骨神経に電気刺激を行って筋音図を計測した. 筋音図を数学モデルで近似して, 筋の粘弾性を反映するパラメータを評価したところ, 筋活動度の増加に応じて増加する筋自体の特性の弾性成分と, 筋活動度に依存しない結合組織などの弾性成分に分離して推定することに成功した.
