| Research Abstract |
本研究では,焼酎粕乾燥固形物から高付加価値きのこを生産可能な培地を開発し、食品循環資源の再生利用を段階的に考えた、焼酎粕の環境保全型・資源循環型の新規システムを開発することを最終目的に1)高付加価値きのこを安定生産可能な栽培条件の確立、2)廃培地の家畜飼料としての利用可能性、3)廃培地の土壌還元特性、および4)経済性を検討した。本研究を通して、循環システムを構築する上での基礎データを収集できた。
