| Research Abstract |
実験によりGPゾーン形成の事実が確認されているAl-Cu, Cu-Be, Al-Ag, Al-Mg2元系を対象に、第一原理計算とクラスター展開法を用いて準安定規則構造や固溶体の準安定自由エネルギーを計算した. さらにそこから導出されるクラスターの相互作用エネルギーを用いて各合金系のシミュレーションによる微細組織の時間変化について研究を進め、析出のTTT曲線の計算、それに及ぼす合金元素の影響などについて研究を行った.
