Research Abstract

圧電セラミックスを構成する結晶粒子の方向を一方向に揃えることにより、圧電特性が飛躍的に向上する。本研究では、テンプレート粒子成長法および反応性テンプレート粒子成長法を用い、結晶粒子が[100]、[110]および[111]方向に配向したBaTiO_3 を作製する手法を開発した。また、圧電特性に及ぼす配向方向の影響を調べた。
