Research Abstract

深海環境における真菌類の群集構造解析(環境抽出DNA クローン解析)と真菌類の分離培養法により、多様性を調査した。主に相模湾メタン冷湧水に由来する化学合成生態系環境からサンプリングを行い、出現菌類を比較した。培養法により得た真菌分離株の多くは子嚢菌類に属していた。
一方、出現したクローンの3 分の1 以上がツボカビ類に由来したが、これらは今回用いた分離培養法では単離することができず、未知の特異な代謝系を有する可能性があった。
