| Research Abstract |
分泌タンパク質を認識して膜外に輸送するシグナル認識粒子(SRP)の立体構造解析を行った.また,SRPを構成するRNAとタンパク質の相互作用解析を行った.全体構造の決定には至らなかったが,RNAの部分構造が明らかとなった. SRPの形成のためにその部分構造が重要であることが示唆された.さらに,RNAの立体構造はタンパク質と相互作用することによって大きく構造変化することが明らかとなった.
