Research Abstract

IP3レセプターに結合し、IP3によって放出されるIRBIT分子のIP3レセプターへの結合に必須な4カ所のリン酸化部位同定に成功した。さらに、IRBITに結合する種々の機能分子の同定にも成功し、IP3レセプター-IRBIT-IRBIT結合蛋白質群による、細胞機能調節機構の存在を明らかにした。
