Research Abstract

大腸菌RNase LSはadenylate cyclaseや転写因子FisのmRNAを標的とすることにより、ストレス応答や糖代謝など生理機能に重要な役割をもつことを明らかにした。また、RNase LSの活性に関与するRnlBやTpiAの役割について新知見を得ると共に、rnlAとrnlBの転写様式を明らかにした。T4ファージ感染直後にRNase EとGを活性化する原因遺伝子としてnrdC.11を特定できた。
