Research Abstract	本研究では高齢女性がインターネットを利用する際に障壁となる生理・心理的要因を検討した。その結果、若齢女性と比較すると高齢女性ではマウス操作時に手腕部への負担が高くなっていること、Webサイト閲覧時には難解な専門用語や画面の見づらさなどの要因により情報検索時間が長くなることが明らかになった。また、インタビューではインターネットのセキュリティ面への不安や、複雑な操作方法を身につける自信がない点を挙げる発言が多く認められた。
