| Research Abstract |
第6染色体に座乗するUr1は, 2次枝梗数と2次枝梗数当り穎花数の増加によって1穂穎花数を増加し, 収量性を向上することができる. 4種の同質遺伝子系統, ならびに, F_2, F_3の分離集団を用いて, Ur1のマッピングを行った.Ur1座の候補領域を, up85938とSSR26の問の661kbにまで狭めることができた. Ur1座近傍に連鎖するSSR12とSSR17は, Ur1を有する個体または系統を選抜するための有望なDNAマーカーであった.
