Research Abstract

タイ北部で栽培されるサヤダイコン'パッキフッド'が示す開花に対する低温要求性, 低温発芽能力について検討した. ダイコン種子内のABA量は種子の乾燥とともに増加し, その後の減少と葉の黄化の進展とに密接な関連が認められた. 低温発芽性に関する5箇所の遺伝子領域が見出された. 低温発芽性程度と開花に対する低温要求の程度には負の相関が認められた. パッキフッドの種子は低温下で吸水とともに低温ストレス応答に関係する遺伝子群が働き, その後, 発芽促進にともなって基礎代謝に関わる遺伝子群が働くと考えられた.
